  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
