Description

  • These crispy salmon bites, made in the air fryer, are perfectly golden on the outside while staying tender on the inside. Coated in breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and flavorful seasonings, they’re a quick and healthy appetizer or main dish!

  •

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each salmon piece into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  5. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the salmon pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure the salmon bites cook evenly.
  • For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice over the salmon bites before serving.
  • You can substitute the breadcrumbs with panko for an extra crispy texture.
