Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each salmon piece into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the salmon pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
