Description

A comforting and hearty dish featuring tender beef tips in a savory sauce, served over egg noodles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup water for slurry
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Add beef stew meat, diced onion, garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper to your crockpot. Stir to combine.
  • Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours, or on high heat for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, whisk together flour and water to make a slurry. Add it to the crockpot to thicken the sauce, stirring well.
  • Cook egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain.
  • Once the beef tips are tender and the sauce has thickened, serve the beef tips over the cooked egg noodles.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
