- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water for slurry
- 12 oz egg noodles
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Add beef stew meat, diced onion, garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper to your crockpot. Stir to combine.
- Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours, or on high heat for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, whisk together flour and water to make a slurry. Add it to the crockpot to thicken the sauce, stirring well.
- Cook egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain.
- Once the beef tips are tender and the sauce has thickened, serve the beef tips over the cooked egg noodles.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
