- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Layer half of the steak, potatoes, onion, and cheese in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle half of the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the layers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients and seasonings.
- Pour the beef broth over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of Worcestershire sauce or using a mix of different cheeses.
