Description

A hearty and delicious casserole that combines tender sirloin steak, creamy potatoes, and melty cheese, all cooked to perfection in your crockpot. Perfect for busy weeknights!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Layer half of the steak, potatoes, onion, and cheese in the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle half of the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the layers.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients and seasonings.
  • Pour the beef broth over the top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once done, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of Worcestershire sauce or using a mix of different cheeses.
