Description

This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a delicious, effortless twist on traditional lasagna. Layered with cheesy ravioli, savory ground beef, and a medley of cheeses, this dish is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner!


Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained (use 2 lbs for extra meatiness)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crockpot: Add a thin layer of pasta sauce to the bottom of the crockpot to prevent sticking.
  • Layer the Ingredients:
    • Begin with a layer of frozen ravioli.
    • Add a layer of ground beef.
    • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    • Top with mozzarella cheese.
    • Pour a layer of pasta sauce over everything.
    • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of sauce and cheese on top.
  • Cook: Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours, until the ravioli is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
