This Crunchwrap Casserole is the ultimate comfort food with all the bold flavors of a Taco Bell crunchwrap, but made into a hearty casserole! Layers of seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes are tucked between flour tortillas and baked to bubbly perfection. It’s an easy, crowd-pleasing meal that’s perfect for taco night!

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup nacho cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water as directed on the seasoning packet. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a casserole dish, line the bottom with 3 flour tortillas, slightly overlapping to cover the entire base.
- Layer half of the ground beef mixture over the tortillas.
- Spread half of the nacho cheese and sour cream on top of the beef.
- Add half of the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Fold the edges of the tortillas over the top to create a “crunchwrap” effect.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice into squares, and serve hot!
Notes
- You can add extra ingredients like black beans or corn to the layers for more flavor and texture.
- To make this recipe spicier, add sliced jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce to the layers.
