A delicious, handheld Mexican-inspired meal packed with seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese, sour cream, fresh veggies, and a crispy tostada shell, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. Perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch or dinner.

- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1 tostada shell
- 1/4 cup ground beef
- 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with taco seasoning until fully browned and cooked through.
- Lay the flour tortilla flat on a clean surface and layer with nacho cheese sauce, cooked ground beef, sour cream, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the tostada shell on top of the ingredients.
- Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to form a hexagon shape, ensuring the fillings are sealed inside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the Crunchwrap seam-side down. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the Crunchwrap and cook the other side until golden brown and crispy, about another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to add extra toppings like jalapeños, guacamole, or salsa for more flavor. You can also use ground chicken or turkey as a lighter alternative to beef.
