Instructions

- Assemble the rolls: Lay a phyllo sheet or spring roll wrapper on a clean surface. Brush a light layer of melted butter or olive oil over the sheet to ensure a crispy texture. Place a spoonful of the feta mixture near one edge, then roll tightly, sealing the edges with more butter or oil to keep the filling intact during cooking.
- Cook the rolls: For baking, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crunchy. Alternatively, pan-fry them in hot vegetable oil until all sides are crisp and golden brown.
