A rich and creamy dark chocolate fudge with the perfect balance of sweetness and a touch of sea salt. This indulgent treat is easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth in just a few simple steps.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt.
  • Pour the mixture into a parchment paper-lined 8×8 inch dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle additional sea salt on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a stronger sea salt flavor, increase the amount of sea salt on top.
  • You can use any dark chocolate chips, but the higher the cocoa percentage, the more intense the chocolate flavor.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep it fresh.
