- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, flour, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of the brownie batter and flatten them. Place a small scoop of the peanut butter mixture in the center and fold the brownie dough around it, forming a ball.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Dip the cooled cookies in the melted chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet to set.

Notes
