- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cookie dough chunks
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over crust and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until center is almost set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips and heavy cream until smooth. Drizzle over cheesecake.
- Top with cookie dough chunks before serving.
Notes
- To avoid cracks in the cheesecake, let it cool slowly at room temperature before refrigerating.
