Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cookie dough chunks
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture over crust and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until center is almost set.
  • Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips and heavy cream until smooth. Drizzle over cheesecake.
  • Top with cookie dough chunks before serving.

Notes

  • To avoid cracks in the cheesecake, let it cool slowly at room temperature before refrigerating.
