- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- Cook the Mixture: In a medium saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, butter, and heavy cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- Add Flavorings: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Add the white chocolate chips and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Set the Fudge: Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Let the fudge cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
