- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips with 1/3 of the heavy cream in a heatproof bowl, stirring until smooth. Pour the dark chocolate mixture over the crust and refrigerate until set.
- Repeat the process with the milk chocolate chips and the remaining heavy cream, pouring it over the dark chocolate layer and refrigerating until set.
- Finally, melt the white chocolate chips with the remaining heavy cream and pour it over the milk chocolate layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the torte is fully set.
- Before serving, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan and slice into wedges.

- Garnish with chocolate shavings or whipped cream for an elegant presentation.
