Indulge in layers of rich chocolate bliss with this Triple Chocolate Mousse Torte. Each layer of dark, milk, and white chocolate mousse is set over a crunchy chocolate cookie crust, making it a perfect dessert for chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  • Melt the dark chocolate chips with 1/3 of the heavy cream in a heatproof bowl, stirring until smooth. Pour the dark chocolate mixture over the crust and refrigerate until set.
  • Repeat the process with the milk chocolate chips and the remaining heavy cream, pouring it over the dark chocolate layer and refrigerating until set.
  • Finally, melt the white chocolate chips with the remaining heavy cream and pour it over the milk chocolate layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the torte is fully set.
  • Before serving, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan and slice into wedges.

Notes

  • Garnish with chocolate shavings or whipped cream for an elegant presentation.
  • For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of coffee or vanilla extract to the chocolate mixtures.
