Indulge in this luxurious triple chocolate mousse torte, featuring layers of rich semi-sweet, milk, and white chocolate mousse over a crunchy chocolate wafer crust. Perfect for chocolate lovers!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 8 oz milk chocolate, melted
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 3 cups heavy cream, divided
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the crushed chocolate wafer cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes and allow it to cool completely.
  • Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form, adding sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Fold in the melted semi-sweet chocolate until well incorporated. Spread the chocolate mousse over the cooled crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Repeat the same steps with the milk chocolate and white chocolate, layering each mousse and chilling in between.
  • Chill the torte for at least 4 hours before serving. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.

Notes

For an elegant presentation, top with fresh berries or chocolate curls.
