- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink; drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked angel hair pasta and mix well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Let the casserole stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the cream of mushroom soup with a cream of chicken or a low-fat version for a lighter option.
- For extra flavor, add some fresh herbs or a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes.
