Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked and drained

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink; drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the cooked angel hair pasta and mix well to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  • Let the casserole stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute the cream of mushroom soup with a cream of chicken or a low-fat version for a lighter option.
