  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, broccoli, and cheddar cheese.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the soup mixture into the rice and chicken mixture. Stir well.

  6. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
