- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1 cup chopped pecans (for rolling)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and fresh dill. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until evenly coated.
- Serve with crackers or veggies, and enjoy!

- This cheese ball can be made a day in advance for added flavor.
