Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (for rolling)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and fresh dill. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until evenly coated.
  • Serve with crackers or veggies, and enjoy!
