  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Season the chicken breasts or thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.

  • In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.

  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a baking dish. Brush the honey Dijon mixture evenly over the chicken.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).

 

  • Garnish with fresh thyme leaves, if desired, and serve.
