- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll pie crusts and cut out circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
- Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center of half of the circles.
- Top with remaining circles and press edges together with a fork to seal.
- Place pie bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- You can use any fruit filling of your choice, such as apple or blueberry.
- For an extra touch, brush the tops with butter before baking for a golden, shiny finish.
