Description

Easy Cherry Pie Bites are bite-sized, flaky treats filled with sweet cherry pie filling. Perfect for a quick dessert or snack, these mini pies are golden and crisp on the outside with a juicy, delicious cherry center. A dusting of powdered sugar finishes them off beautifully!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll pie crusts and cut out circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
  • Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center of half of the circles.
  • Top with remaining circles and press edges together with a fork to seal.
  • Place pie bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • You can use any fruit filling of your choice, such as apple or blueberry.
  • For an extra touch, brush the tops with butter before baking for a golden, shiny finish.
