- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed
For the peanut butter crumbs on top (optional):
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the pre-made graham cracker pie crust and spread it evenly.
- For the optional peanut butter crumbs, mix powdered sugar and peanut butter together in a small bowl until crumbly, then sprinkle on top of the pie.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight to set before serving.
