Description

These adorable Easy Reindeer Cupcakes are the perfect festive treat for holiday celebrations! With a simple chocolate cake base and fun decorations like pretzel antlers, red M&M noses, and candy eyes, they’re sure to delight both kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 container chocolate frosting
  • 24 pretzels
  • 24 red M&M’s
  • 48 candy eyes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
  • Frost each cupcake with chocolate frosting.
  • Break pretzels in half and stick two halves into the top of each cupcake to resemble antlers.
  • Place two candy eyes and one red M&M on each cupcake to create the reindeer face.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, use mini M&M’s for the eyes and regular-sized ones for the nose.
  • You can also use mini pretzels if you prefer smaller antlers for your reindeer.
  • For a different flavor, try using vanilla cake mix with white frosting, and decorate with colored M&M’s.
