This fun breakfast pizza is made with English muffins, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, crispy bacon, and a perfectly baked egg on top. It’s a quick and delicious way to start your day!

- 4 English muffins, split
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the English muffin halves on a baking sheet.
- Spread marinara sauce on each English muffin half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce.
- Top with chopped bacon.
- Create a small well in the center of each English muffin and crack an egg into each well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the egg is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer egg, bake for a few extra minutes. For a runny yolk, reduce the baking time.
- You can substitute the marinara sauce with pizza sauce or even a pesto sauce for a different flavor.
