- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for metabolism boost)
- ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional, for digestion support)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or stevia (optional, for sweetness)
- ½ cup (120ml) ice cubes (if using fresh strawberries)
Instructions
- Place the strawberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, frozen banana, and ice cubes (if using fresh strawberries) into a blender.
- Add the optional ingredients: chia seeds or flaxseeds, cinnamon, and fresh ginger.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or stevia, if desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately as a refreshing, metabolism-boosting treat!
Notes
- For extra protein, use a scoop of protein powder in place of some or all of the Greek yogurt.
