Description

This fiery chicken ramen with creamy garlic sauce is a perfect blend of spicy, savory, and creamy flavors. Tender chicken pieces in a rich and creamy garlic sauce with a kick of chili and paprika create a mouthwatering experience. Paired with ramen noodles, it’s a satisfying meal for any time of the day!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 green onions, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, chili sauce, honey, and paprika. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set it aside.

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer. Once simmering, add the heavy cream and stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken slightly.

  • While the sauce simmers, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.

  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Add the chicken back into the skillet and stir everything together.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less chili sauce.

  • If you want a thicker sauce, simmer it longer before adding the noodles.

  • This dish pairs well with a side of steamed vegetables or a simple salad.
