Ingredients
-
2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
-
2 tablespoons soy sauce
-
1 tablespoon chili sauce
-
1 tablespoon honey
-
2 packs of instant ramen noodles
-
4 cups chicken broth
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon paprika
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
4 green onions, sliced
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
-
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, chili sauce, honey, and paprika. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
-
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
-
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
-
Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer. Once simmering, add the heavy cream and stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken slightly.
-
While the sauce simmers, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
-
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Add the chicken back into the skillet and stir everything together.
-
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
Notes
-
You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less chili sauce.
-
If you want a thicker sauce, simmer it longer before adding the noodles.
- This dish pairs well with a side of steamed vegetables or a simple salad.
