- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, peri peri seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
2️⃣ Prepare the Fish Fingers:
- Set up a breading station: Place the flour in one bowl, the beaten eggs in another, and combine the panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
- Dip each fish strip first into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the fish fingers in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
