Instructions

  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Place the egg whites in a clean, dry bowl.

  • Spoon the batter onto the pan to form pancakes.
  • Cook for about 3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
