Instructions
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Place the egg whites in a clean, dry bowl.

- Sift in the flour and baking powder, then mix until smooth.
- In the bowl with the egg whites, gradually add the sugar while beating until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg white mixture into the batter until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and add a small amount of butter.
- Spoon the batter onto the pan to form pancakes.
- Cook for about 3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
