Description

These easy-to-make, no-bake graham cracker bars are topped with a creamy frosting for the ultimate sweet treat. Perfect for a quick dessert or snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 graham crackers)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Frosting:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk (or more for desired consistency)

Optional Toppings:

  • Sprinkles or mini chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking pan, ensuring it’s spread evenly. Refrigerate the base while you prepare the frosting.
  • Make the Frosting: In a separate bowl, beat together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and milk, continuing to beat until the frosting is light and fluffy. If the frosting is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Frost the Bars: Spread the frosting evenly over the chilled graham cracker base.
  • Chill and Set: Refrigerate the frosted graham cracker bars for at least 2 hours to allow the frosting to firm up.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Once set, cut the bars into squares and serve. Garnish with sprinkles or mini chocolate chips if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can sprinkle a little cinnamon or nutmeg in the graham cracker base.
  • Make sure to refrigerate the bars long enough for the frosting to set.
