Description

These Garlic Bread Ritz Bits are the perfect savory snack! Made with cheesy Ritz Bits crackers, butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, they’re baked to crispy perfection and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Easy to prepare, these flavorful bites are great for parties, game day, or just as a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 (8.8 oz) boxes cheese Ritz Bits
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pour the cheese Ritz Bits crackers into a large mixing bowl, set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the butter and whisk in garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the crackers and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the top of the crackers and toss again to combine.
  6. Spread the coated crackers on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  7. Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crispy.
