Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 6 garlic bread rolls (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in ketchup, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
