- 2 tbsp grass-fed butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 380°F (193°C).
- Season Pork Chops: Sprinkle the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
- Prepare Garlic Butter: Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stove. Stir in the minced garlic and thyme. Set aside.
- Sear the Pork Chops: Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and sear for about 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Bake: Pour the garlic butter mixture over the pork chops. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145-150°F (63-66°C).
- Serve: Remove the pan from the oven and spoon the remaining butter sauce over the pork chops. Serve immediately.
