- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the scallops under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Arrange them in a baking dish in a single layer.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic, white wine, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the scallops, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the scallops.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the scallops are opaque and slightly golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
