  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  • Arrange the scallops in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top.
