Ingredients

  • 4 cups potatoes, diced

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup milk (for mash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add steak bites to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes.
