Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced

1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the minced garlic to the beef and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.

Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.

Add a cube of cheddar cheese and a few pieces of diced Parmesan on top of the beef.

Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal into a ball.

Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
