-
2–3 pounds chicken drumsticks
-
1/8 cup avocado oil
-
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
-
2/3 cup butter, melted
-
1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
-
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
-
In a large bowl, combine chicken drumsticks, avocado oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss until drumsticks are evenly coated.
-
Arrange drumsticks on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 175°F (79°C) and skin is crispy.
-
While chicken is baking, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley in a bowl to make the sauce.
-
Once the drumsticks are done, remove from oven and immediately toss or brush them with the garlic parmesan sauce.
- Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top if desired.
Notes
