These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves are a deliciously savory dish that combines tender ground chicken with rich Parmesan and garlic flavors. Perfect for a family meal, they’re easy to prepare and bake to perfection!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add Milk: Add the milk and combine until the mixture is well blended.
  • Shape and Bake: Shape the mixture into four mini loaves and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the loaves.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). If using, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  • Serve: Let the meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious and savory mini meatloaves!
