- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add Milk: Add the milk and combine until the mixture is well blended.
- Shape and Bake: Shape the mixture into four mini loaves and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the loaves.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). If using, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
