- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each date down the center lengthwise and remove the pit.
- Stuff each date with a ginger snap cookie and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle honey over the stuffed dates and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the dates are warm and the cookies are slightly softened.
