Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the milk, turmeric powder (or fresh turmeric), cinnamon powder, and ginger powder (or fresh ginger).
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking continuously to avoid lumps and to fully incorporate the spices.
- Once the mixture is warm (not boiling), add the black pepper, honey or maple syrup (if using), and coconut oil or ghee (if using).
- Stir well until the drink is smooth and creamy.
