- 1 loaf French bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the bread, followed by grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
