- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal.
- Arrange the biscuit bombs on the baking sheet, seam side down.
- Brush each one with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and puffy. Serve warm.
