- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated cucumber
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are fully cooked and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- In a separate bowl, combine shredded cabbage, Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the tzatziki slaw.
- If desired, toast the burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty on each bun and topping with a generous spoonful of tzatziki slaw.
- Serve and enjoy!

- The tzatziki slaw can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- For a more intense flavor, let the chicken patties marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes before cooking.
