Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, green onions, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
