Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush lobster tails and shrimp with the olive oil mixture.
  • Place lobster tails and shrimp on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until lobster meat is opaque and shrimp are pink.
  • Serve with lemon slices.
