Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb salmon, skin removed and cut into chunks
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp honey
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon chunks to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- While the salmon is marinating, prepare the creamy dill yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, chopped dill, and honey in a separate bowl. Set aside.
- Thread the marinated salmon onto the wooden skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the salmon skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Serve the grilled salmon skewers hot, with the creamy dill yogurt sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
- If you prefer a slightly sweeter sauce, you can increase the amount of honey.
- You can substitute the fresh dill with dried dill if needed, but fresh dill gives the sauce a brighter flavor.
- For an extra smoky flavor, try grilling the salmon on a cedar plank.
