- 24 crackers (Ritz or similar)
- 12 slices of deli ham, cut in half
- 12 slices of Swiss cheese, cut in half
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet. Top each cracker with half a slice of ham and half a slice of Swiss cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Dijon mustard and dried parsley.
- Drizzle the butter mixture over each cracker stack.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the ham and cheese with your favorites, like turkey and cheddar for a different flavor.
- These can be made ahead and baked just before serving for a warm appetizer.
