Description

  • 1 (14-ounce) prepared Angel food cake, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 (3.5-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling

  • 1 (8-ounce) tub cool whip, thawed


Instructions

  • Prepare the instant vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the box, using the 1 1/2 cups of milk.

  • In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream with the prepared vanilla pudding until smooth.

  • In a large trifle dish or bowl, layer the angel food cake cubes at the bottom.

  • Spread the pudding mixture over the cake cubes.

  • Add a layer of cherry pie filling on top of the pudding mixture.

  • Spread the thawed Cool Whip over the cherry filling to cover the entire surface.
