- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, mix bananas, sugars, butter, vanilla, and eggs. Combine with dry ingredients, then fold in walnuts.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake, top with whipped cream, and garnish with more walnuts.
