  • 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

For the Peanut Butter Filling:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, creamy peanut butter, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • In another bowl, beat together creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter filling over the cake batter.
  • Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the peanut butter filling into the cake batter, creating a marbled effect.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the baking dish on a wire rack for 15-20 minutes before serving.
