- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Stir in the cabbage, carrots, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
