Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the cabbage, carrots, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
