This Homemade Costco Chicken Bake is the perfect way to recreate the iconic chicken bake from Costco right in your own kitchen. Packed with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, creamy Caesar dressing, and melted cheeses, this dish will become a family favorite in no time!

- 1 pound prepared pizza dough
- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
- ¾ cup water, or more as needed
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, or as needed for surface
- ½ cup creamy Caesar dressing
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheeses (such as mozzarella and provolone), divided
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 large egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Roll out the prepared pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Stretch it into a rectangle or desired shape.
- Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips and place it in the center of the dough.
- Top the chicken with Caesar dressing, crumbled bacon, green onions, and half of the shredded Italian cheeses and Parmesan cheese.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a sealed packet. Brush the top with a beaten egg.
- Place the chicken bake on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and top with the remaining shredded cheeses. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

- For a crispier crust, brush the top of the dough with a little extra olive oil before baking.
